1. Cancellation Policy
- Subscription Period: You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time.
- Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation will prevent the next recurring charge (renewal) from being processed. Your access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing period for which you have already paid.
- How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription renewal either through your personal account dashboard on the website or by sending a cancellation request via email to riz@rimuruslime.com at least 48 hours before your next renewal date.
2. Refund Policy
- Nature of Service: The Rimuruslime Service provides immediate access to digital content, a community, and a utility bot upon successful payment.
- No Refunds: Due to the immediate delivery and nature of digital services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any partial subscription period, early cancellation, or non-use of the Service during a paid period.
- Exceptions: Refunds will only be considered in the rare event of a duplicate transaction (accidental double payment) or if the Service remains fully inaccessible for an extended period (more than 72 hours) due to a verified issue on our end.
3. Chargebacks
We strongly advise contacting us first regarding any billing issues. Filing a fraudulent chargeback will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account access and may lead to documentation being provided to Instamojo and the relevant bank.
