• Game Data: Your economy balance, inventory, Pokémon, and cards.
• Activity Logs: We log transactional actions (e.g., trading, gambling, buying/selling) to prevent fraud and track game activity.
• We do not read or store your personal messages unless a command explicitly requires it (e.g., translation, TTS, or quoting a message for a command).

3. Virtual Economy and Goods

All in-bot currencies (coins, tokens) and digital assets (Pokémon, Cards, Items) are entirely virtual and hold no real-world monetary value.

• Selling in-bot currency or assets for real money (Real Money Trading / RMT) is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
• The developers reserve the right to wipe, alter, or reset the economy or player data at any time (e.g., for balancing purposes or seasonal resets).

4. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

When using Rimuru, you agree NOT to:

• Spam: Rapidly trigger commands to intentionally lag the bot or bypass cooldowns.
• Exploit: Use bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics to gain an unfair advantage in the economy, Pokémon spawns, or gambling. If you find a bug, report it immediately.
• Automate: Use macro scripts, auto-clickers, or secondary bots to farm currency or catch Pokémon automatically.

5. Third-Party Content and Media

Rimuru utilizes third-party APIs and services for features like Manga, Anime, Light Novels, Image Generation, and TTS.

• We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or nature of the content provided by these third-party sources.
• You are solely responsible for the content you request to download or generate using the bot.

6. Moderation, Suspensions, and Penalties

The Bot Admins and Developers reserve the right to limit, suspend, or permanently ban any user or group from using the bot at their sole discretion.

• Violating these terms will lead to penalties, up to and including a global ban across all groups.
• Bot administrators have the final say in all disputes.

7. Availability and Warranty

Rimuru is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

• We do not guarantee 100% uptime. The bot may go offline for updates, maintenance, or unexpected errors.
• We are not liable for any lost data, lost Pokémon, or lost currency due to bot crashes or database rollbacks.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the bot after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
