Eligibility and resets

Damage contribution

Trainers still active on the field when the battle ends qualify. A trainer whose Pokémon has fainted must have dealt at least 10% of the total damage dealt by the entire team to qualify for profile XP, items or a catch. This is not 10% of the boss's maximum HP. The raid damage table shows each trainer's damage and team percentage.

Catch or item bundle

A qualifying 2–4-player win offers a guaranteed catch with one of your available Poké Balls, or one item bundle instead. You cannot take both. Master Balls are unavailable. A catch consumes one ball and sends the normal-form Pokémon to your PC with its Gmax Factor. Once your single shared catch is used, only item choices remain on eligible wins.

After the reward-win limit

You can continue helping others within your attempt limit: qualifying wins and defeats award 25 profile XP each, but no more item bundles or catches. For Apex, this reduced XP applies after your one main-reward win, even if shared reward slots remain for other tiers. Before a tier's reward-win limit is reached, a qualifying defeat awards 50 profile XP.

Attempts and cooldown

The shared 45-minute cooldown and one attempt are applied to every trainer when the host successfully starts the raid, measured from the Start click. Standard and Advanced attempt counters reset at midnight UK time; Apex's weekly attempts reset on Monday at midnight UK time. Attempt resets do not restore reward wins or the catch allowance.

Forfeit, timeout and testing

Leaving, forfeiting or timing out grants no profile XP, items or catch. Fainted trainers below the contribution threshold also receive nothing. Owner testing rooms only preview rewards: they do not grant Pokémon, items or XP, consume balls, or affect cooldowns and limits.
